According to the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes du Québec: a “lymphatic drainage, or manual lymphatic drainage, is a gentle massage therapy technique designed to stimulate the circulation of lymph in the body, thereby promoting the elimination of waste products and toxins.”1
This massage therapy technique uses specific pressure points and motions that help promote the better circulation of lymph in the body.
Benefits of Lymphatic Drainage Massages
